INTERVIEWING FOR DISCIPLINARY & GRIEVANCE

Develop and improve your interviewing skills

This course will provide the delegate with the skills required to feel confident and competent when conducting employee disciplinary interviews. This is achieved by looking at the interview model known as PEACE, equipping the interviewer with a framework for the preparation, the interview and the evaluation.

 

Being able to conduct appropriate interviews which gather the facts will allow more informed decision making, providing a fair approach to employees and consequently avoiding unnecessary litigation.
